Frequently Asked Questions -- FAQs

1. Are You Affordable?

Yes! The State of California has currently set the cost for a Notary at $15 per Notarial Act with few exceptions. In Addition, Mobile Service Fees may include Travel, Photocopies, Scanning or Document Witnessing.

Good News! All Mobile Service Fees are set based on Client Needs. A Few Minutes to discuss the details for a signing enables Clients to Know Their Fee Before The Meeting. Changes to the agreed Terms of Service may prompt revised Terms of Service during the signing.

2. Why Do I Need To Arrange Terms Of Service To Proceed?

Texting or eMailing the Terms of Service to Clients enables the Agreed Upon Signing to occur Discreetly, Comfortably and Efficiently as all Persons at The Meeting are Prepared to Complete Their Portion(s) of Document(s) Accurately.

It's Easy! Whether Terms of Service are set by a Quick Phone Call or a Free 15-Minute Booking, the Terms of Service Form is Quickly Provided to Clients Afterward.

3. How Quickly Can I Get An Appointment?

Preserving Privacy and Protecting All Participants are The Greatest Benefits of Hiring A Mobile Notary. Same Day and Scheduled Appointments are available to meet your need.

It's About Your Circumstances! Whether Urgent or To Be Determined -- Appointments are Set When All Signers are Prepared! Any Documents Involving Individual Rights, Personal or Real Property Require that Signers are Properly Identified and Aware of Document Purposes and Statements.

4. What Types of Identification Do You Accept?

State Driver's Licenses or Identification Cards are most common. However, Notaries commonly refer to the I.D. Checking Guide endorsed by the National Notary Association and covering all U.S. States, Territories and Federal Documents. This Guide lists all indicators of validity such as photo, birth date, and expiration.

When You Know You Know! If Clients Have Expired Identification or Identification that Does Not Have All Common Indicators, The Identification Can Be Assessed prior to any Signing Appointment via FaceTime or Zoom when Clients Book 15-Minutes Free.

Willing Mobile Notary Services also Identifies Signers when the Oaths of Two Credible Witnesses unknown to the Notary and with Valid Identification are at the Signing Meeting.

5. How Do I Know If My Document(s) Are Ready To Be Notarized?

When Clients Determine That A Document Requiring Notarization is Necessary, Any Format from Handwritten Statements to Self-Help or DIY Forms with Spaces to Fill-In to is Presentable to a Notary. In certain instances, Pre-signed or Pre-dated Documents may not be ready to sign or may require different meeting arrangements.

Notaries Cannot Give Legal Advice! However, Notaries Do Know When Specific Details of a Requested  Signing Do Not Meet Standards -- for example, Clients presenting an Incomplete Document with blank spaces.
